We also supplement the personal information we collect directly with information collected from third parties and add it to your account information.

Passwords and Password Recovery Process

All originally made passwords are saved and stored in the website’s database (see more information under “Transfer of Data Outside your Territory”).

In the event a user forgets his/her password, they can undergo a process of recovering the password. On the “Log-in” page, a “Recover Password” button is placed, the user must click on that button, which will reveal an “email address input” field. The use is to insert the email address that they have used to sign up with to the website.

An email will then be sent to the user from info@digitalproductsdp.com, containing the user’s original password.

The user must then copy that password and paste it on the “Log-in” page, under the “Password” field, and input their email address, under the “email input” field, in order to log into their account.

In this process, the password is extracted from the website’s database and then sent to the user’s email account, via a triggered email that is supported by the Wix platform.
